Pastor Tony Liuzzo (Lead Pastor) - Hebrews 11:23-26 (Deuteronomy 31:8; Hebrews 11:23-26; Psalm 119:11; Proverbs 22:6)
No one sets out on a mission to fail at life. We all have it in us to strive for success! The big question is, how do so many end up struggling through life? God has a plan for each of our lives, and none of His plans involve failing. God has laid out clear foundational principles to live the Blessed Life!

Pastor Tony Liuzzo (Lead Pastor) - Luke 10:38-42 (Luke 10:2, 33-34 & 38-42; Genesis 2:2; John 15:4-5; 1 Corinthians 1:18; Psalms 23:1-3)
If there was one word that describes how a mom feels, it would be busy....or tired...or maybe stressed. OK, maybe there are a few words that could be used to describe how a mom feels, but you get the point. We all wish there were more hours in the day to get things done, but we feel like we are constantly falling behind. Jesus taught a valuable lesson in Luke 10 on what mom, actually all of us, need most! Why survive as a mom, when we could be thriving!
Hot Mess: Thriving as a Mom
I. We need to be called out
A. Jesus confronts her anxiety
B. Jesus confronts her attitude
II. We must have our priorities in order
A. we must make it a priority to renew yourself
B. we must make it a priority to spend time with Jesus
C. we must make it a priority to grow in His Word

All of us have bad days, this is simply part of life. But let's talk about how life feels when the bad days don't go away. We will face seasons in our life where we feel as if things will not get better. Depression is real! It is an overwhelming feeling of defeat that doesn't just go away. It is important that we know that there is hope!
The Bible not only gives us examples of good people that faced times of depression, it also gives us the truths of how they experienced change and victory. Please know that even when we don't feel like it, there is hope!

We love to celebrate Easter because it represents victory and hope! The day Jesus rose again and conquered death changed the world forever! But when we look at the world around us, we don't always feel like we live in victory. Why? Because we daily push through struggles, disappointments, and hurts. Maybe it's time to revisit the Easter story to understand why it brings hope. Let's not live frustrated with the reality of this broken world. Let's embrace the hope that Jesus gave us that changes everything!

Every Good Friday, we pause to remember what Jesus did for us on the cross. Have you ever wondered why Jesus chose the cross? Corporate punishment happened in different ways, but the cross was reserved for special circumstances. Jesus could have died for our sins in other ways, so why the cross? When we understand the purpose of the cross, we understand the great love that God showed us on Good Friday!

Have you ever been afraid of something? We all have things in our lives that consume our minds and cause us to have that overwhelming feeling called fear. In First John chapter 4, John explains the power of God's love that removes fear from our heart. We don't have to fear the future. We don't have to fear hell or the judgement to come. Jesus has already conquered our sin, so there is no fear of these things when we know God! Fear may hold power, but it is no match for the power of God's love!

We are, without even trying, selfish! It's hard to admit, but it is the truth.
We naturally put our needs before others. We have an inward desire to be first. First John teaches us that God's love puts others before ourselves. We don't just show love by the things we say, but by the things we do. When God's love is lived out in our lives, it impacts the people around us in a powerful way.
